Hi doc I have done over dieting for 3 months 700-800 calories per day I think my metabolism was affected. I am doing work 5 to 6 days per week, 1.5 to 2 hours perday but my maintenance calories is 1600 only..my hight is 183 and weight is 88 Can please give any suggestions
